Yes, First step is enabling “Dual Layout”. Main Properties=>Main Tab=>Dual Layout = Enabled. Displayed in red on my screenshot.
When the user clicks save they choose which layout they are saving. Primary or Secondary. They can even rename them to something more meaningful.
When the front-end is loaded the user is prompted and they select which layout they are interested in seeing. If they are already running then they can switch between layouts on the same properties page via “Change Current Layout”. Main Properties=>Main Tab=>Change Current Layout =

You can try this with an extremely simple example. Login and enable Dual Layout. Add one contract window on your primary and another on your secondary. So Add S&P, click save, click Primary. Close S&P and open Corn, click save, and click secondary. Then when you login you will be prompted for primary or secondary select your layout for example select primary and your layout with the S&P will come up.
You also have the option to save multiple layouts to your computer after dual layout is enabled you can select the option to save a layout to your local. Just follow the steps above by creating a different layout but instead of selecting primary or secondary you will see an option for local type the name of your layout next to local and then click local and the layout will be saved to your computer. You now can toggle between your layouts by going to your main properties and select the drop down for Change Current Layout. Select your layout then click apply and ok and that layout will load with out having to log out and back in.
